You may not know, I used to post all updates at an index page.
I discontinued doing this some time ago primarily because the "mud
puddle" people would go through the updates with a fine tooth comb
looking for inconsistencies and contradictions. Naturally they paid no
attention to the fact that, and which I have said many times...

For the past (really I've lost track so I'm guessing), every Tuesday
night, three Tuesday's a month, for over a dozen years, I host a very
special teleconference entitled, "How to be a better you."
