Today's quotes

Let's start today with an awesome quote, from Dr. David:

"Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create."
-- Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart

And this one I also like, I think you will too, from Holgar:

"Champions keep playing until they get it right"
-- Billie Jean King

This is crazy!

I heard yesterday from a partner, some clown is offering T-shirts for our Vegas event for $30, and apparently saying if you don't buy the T-shirt admission will be $1,000. DO NOT BUY THESE T-SHIRTS FROM THIS IDIOT, and when Vegas happens there will not be any charge!

Personal

Listen I am not looking for sympathy when I tell you all of this. I think I'm just looking for some help with this situation. Here's what it's all about:

Monday thru Friday I try to log off by about 8:00pm, do my laps in the pool, and only then have dinner, usually around 9:00pm. However, this is rare, as I usually I end up going to 9pm or 10pm before I can do laps and have dinner.

Meaning, Monday through Friday if I'm lucky I'm only at it for 12 hours. Saturdays are like a vacation for me as I'm only at it for 8 hours and then it's "Date night."

Every morning when I arrive at my desk at 8:00am I am faced with at least on average, 100 or more emails. Sure a lot of it's junk I can clean up quickly, but a lot of it is not junk, and I do answer all of my emails which I will explain.

Then, as the day progresses, I receive on average at least another 100 emails. In fact those emails start flowing in while I'm still cleaning up the email from the night before.

Do the math with me, that's 100+ emails overnight from all over the world, and 100+ emails during the course of the business day... Then get this, I average 30-35 phone calls incoming or outgoing every day.

Don't get me wrong - I love my work and I love helping people!

I just do not need to receive emails always asking the same thing... Are we on schedule? Do you perceive any problems? What about what Biden signed? Etc, etc, etc.

Listen, these updates are for the sole purpose of telling you what I can tell you, and when I can tell you.

If the executive order signed by Biden or other issues arose which may impact us in any way I will let you know.

Emails asking me to reconfirm things I've already said, although answered by me, are simply not necessary.  Nor are phone calls on Sundays. Would you believe last Sunday for example I received three phone calls all basically starting out saying, "I know how busy you are but I thought I'd be able to reach you on Sunday..."

Believe it or not, I am not a robot. I need recharge time just like everyone else, and my Sunday is that day. Thank you.

Now about emails that I do not answer: Every now and then, in fact too often, I will receive an email from someone using vulgar language and/or making false accusations and/or erroneous assumptions, all with a negative tone.

If I catch the drift of these emails early enough, I do not even finish reading them. No matter what, I never reply to them, they are always summarily deleted.

I'm actually going to start reprinting some of these stupid emails including the senders name, but of course editing the vulgar language and show them to you, so you may if you want, help me by emailing these clowns and telling them what you think of their behavior.

I would appreciate this help as I know no other way to curb this issue, it must be curbed, I must remain positive and upbeat every minute of my working day.

On a personal note what I want to mention is this... The stress I am under is affecting my sleep, my health, and even my mental attitude lately, therefore I owe an apology to a few people who have called me recently and I'm ashamed to admit I was uncharacteristically unprofessional, to put it mildly.

Also personal: I pray every morning for the strength to endure and the wisdom to guide my decisions, and to be grateful for this opportunity called life.

Our deal

First, let me clarify the video I've made reference to a few times, which was done by our seller with a celebrity host by his side (remember she needed approval by her lawyers before she would even participate in the video).

And on this video the seller claimed he was planning and expected to close our deal by the month end of March.

He also on this same video said that he should be able to get his personal partners paid also by the end of March. So here's what I need to clarify:

This video was done for the exclusive eyes of a handful of his very early Canadian partners (people who made an investment), long before you and I became involved. This group is so small that he could actually hand write checks to them in a couple hours once closing proceeds are in his bank account.

We, on the other hand, will receive our disbursements at the same time the seller is paying his Canadian partners, but our disbursements are huge by comparison.

Frankly I do not know how long it will take for the bank to accept and release funds for payment to my partners, but I know it will at least be a few days, if not a couple of weeks. (Banks do not like to see huge deposits immediately sent back out.)

It is during those days where I will be in touch with all leaders to obtain data I need from them in order to pay their group members or I pay them, whichever is the case.

It is also during these few days where I will host the calls with my experts, and put up the final form for all of our partners, you and every one else - to collect information including where to send the money, how to make the money payable, and lots of details like this so it is done absolutely correctly.

Next, I think you should know there are legal reasons which require the seller to dispose of his companies. For his own privacy reasons I can not go into those details and in fact I don't even know of all of those legal details.

I share this with you so you realize that I am not the only one stressing out (some days it is unimaginable) but the seller is also under considerable stress to bring this project to conclusion.

So if it turns out that he misses his expected closing by the end of March, do not get your knickers in a knot. The pressure is on him BIG TIME to get us closed one way or another and now AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Next, my partner, Garry, is in Las Vegas to meet with the seller, to go over the legal structure for the tokenization and possible NFTs for equity positions with his company. When I say 'company' I mean all of them under one umbrella.

My partner expected to have this meeting yesterday, however the seller was called away to be in L.A. with the head honcho lawyers.

This said, hopefully this meeting will happen tomorrow, Thursday, and even if it doesn't, it's not crucial to anything else, except I will be able to share with you, once I have the details (please don't ask I'll share when I have), information on how you could obtain, if you choose, some real equity in the company being sold.

In the meantime, we continue to work our 'you know what' off, and I'll be in touch again with you on Friday.

Regarding phone calls and emails... PLEASE!

I JUST CAN'T KEEP UP RIGHT NOW BETWEEN CALLS AND EMAIL.

The reason I send these updates is to keep EVERYONE up to date on WHAT I CAN SHARE, all at the same time.

Please allow me to keep you up to date with what I CAN tell you as things develop, through these updates (meaning, please no calls or emails about this update).
