Apologies
I owe a sincere apology to Sam from Jaiboi Productions. Sam is one of
my most ardent (and yes, I know a LOT of people are so forgive me if I
don't mention everyone's name here) supporters and group leader.
On Wednesday I commented on some clown selling T-shirts for Vegas
making the claim if you didn't buy a T-shirt admission to Vegas would
cost $1,000.
I'm afraid I was guilty of jumping to conclusions and assumptions
without "seeking to understand" first - and therefore doing exactly
what I loathe so much from our deal detractors.
Sam is offering T-shirts for Vegas, but for a private party for his
group, with all proceeds going to charities in Vegas, and of course
there is no such claim in his sales funnel stating if you don't have a
T-shirt you'll be charged $1k admission to attend our Vegas celebration.
I hope Sam accepts this public apology and for all of those partners
who were considering purchasing a Vegas party T-shirt I see no reason
why you would not consider to do so. And remember the money does go to
charity!
Personal help
I continue to receive emails on these topics:
1) Activities initiated by various group leaders
2) Emails having anything to do with accounting
3) Emails regarding 'who sponsored who'
Please let me make this clear -- I am not in a position to deal with any of these things right now!
In fact, when I am in a position to deal with them, all these issues will be handled by my staff anyways!
More importantly, any of these outlined broad categories above, I
absolutely promise everyone will be dealt with fairly and accurately
and before anyone and I repeat ANYONE receives a disbursement.

Our deal
Turns out our Central bank in Seoul still had a requirement open on the
'tic' sheet, that needed to be dealt with prior to the final closing.
So yesterday, Thursday the 17th, I arranged for a wire to the seller
for $1MM, which more than covers a funding requirement by the Central
bank so as to not allow a money issue to stand in the way.
In response to news of this money coming in, when received by the
Board, they instructed the seller to get a new COVID test and
plan a trip to Hawaii to meet with the "Ol' Man" from the Central bank
sometime next week.
Don't get too excited, not just yet, because I do not know if the "head
honcho lawyers" are having the seller meet with the Executive V.P. from
the Central bank to..
Begin signing closing documents, or...
To initiate and make final preparations for the signing of the final closing documents...
I just don't know which.
However, whatever it is, it is all very good news for all of us.
