Don knows what I'm dealing with, well, at least mostly, and sent me
these words of encouragement and I thought I would share them with
you...
Mike, Let go of those...
who don't respect you
who don't support your dreams
who hold you back
Walk away from people who suck all the goodness out of you. Stop
pandering to the whims of toxic people. You don't owe anything to them.
But you do owe yourself love and respect. Prioritize your well-being.
Your relationship with yourself is the most important one. Unless you
prioritize this relationship, you will always end up attracting toxic
people in your life. Choose yourself.

You know, when my father was just a handful of years older than I am
now, he passed away from a massive heart attack while he slept.
Then, a few years later my mother passed away from a heart attack.
But between them my brother, much younger than I am now, passed away from a heart attack.
I share this with you only to develop a point here:
Genetically the cards are stacked against me. However, I do have an advantage!
For nearly two decades now at the end of every business day no matter
what time I call it a day, yes, sometimes even midnight, I do a very
strict and rigorous exercise regime of hard and fast laps in my pool.
Living in Florida and with the temperature of my pool set at 'sissy'
level, I do this year round, six days a week without fail.
Don't laugh, but since this deal started way back when I even take my
phone and set it poolside just in case. I doubt you will find
many in any business deal you are involved in, with this level of
commitment.
Another fried of mine, Michael S. an ardent supporter of our project
and our cause, has spent most of the month so far in the hospital
recovering from surgery following a massive heart attach.
Michael told me, and this is from his doctor, the doctor has little
doubt his heart attack was precipitated by his level of stress. Michael
is an entrepreneur with his own significant financial consulting
business, and much like me is not able to separate work from play.
For he and I, if we are awake, we are working. Even taking calls during
meals! Michael went out of his way from his hospital bed to share
with me or perhaps warn me, what his doctor said, you know, the part
about the stress.
This, with the realization of my families genetic history, I have come
to realize just how much stress I am under every minute of every day.
And frankly I have decided to mentally, on my own, put an end to it.
NO - I'M NOT BAILING ON YOU!
What I'm saying to you is, I'm adopting a new attitude about this deal,
and I am simply no longer going to allow the endless stream of emails
that are derogatory or guilt laden or in any way shape or form bring me
down. I will not let these emails or phone calls do this any more.
IT'S ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE
I've known this for years, but fail to personally practice it as I should.
As a reminder, and I mentioned this last Friday, I will no longer even
read derogatory emails, let alone respond. Would you believe I have one
idiot who continually writes me, critical of what we are doing, our
mission, our goal - and when he writes me he even pretends to be a well
known internet persona and doesn't even have the courage to tell me his
real name. So no more, I don't even read his emails.
I will no longer respond to emails where people are laying the blame on
me for their financial straights and subsequently beg me for a loan or,
get this, ask me to 'release some of the money to them.'
Everyone needs to realize (and I think 99.9% do), I have ALL of my
liquid capital in this deal. To my knowledge more than any other loan
partner has in this deal.
Those loan dollars have been sent to the company we are supporting,
they are not sloshing around in any of my accounts waiting for me to
release or loan or pay.
I am in this deal big time and I too want it to close more than anyone! Frankly, the stress has been killing me, but no more.
You know, when I began offering participation as a loan partner in this
project, I consciously made it available to every day people. First
through my own list of friends and acquaintances and they in turn
shared it with others.
I bet you don't know, especially if you are newer to the club, I never
promoted this program outside of the very first two brief emails to my
own private group of members and friends. Frankly it went viral from
there.
I'll admit I wanted it too, but only because and get this...
IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY GOAL TO PUT SERIOUS DOLLARS BACK IN THE HANDS OF
A VERY LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SOME HOW, SOME
WAY, MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
This project was not about greed for me. I know how to make money, hint, hint, hint. It's 90% attitude, 10% work.
Unfortunately far too many people have lost track of this magnanimous
goal and have allowed greed for that big payday to dominate their
thoughts and override civility.
From day one, I could have kept this deal with a very small and tight
group of well-to-do people I know personally. I chose not to because it
would not have been possible to accomplish the global philanthropy
initiative if I had done so.
Our deal
Some of what I am about to share with you may indeed be under the "gag
order" request by the legal team and the board members. But you know
what? I don't care anymore.
If I have knowledge of and can tell you, I am going to tell you. I'll take any heat...
I will NOT however take phone calls or answer emails outside of what I
share in these updates anymore, and you know why? It's all about that
stress, I'm done with it.
Therefore
there will be no reason for anyone to call me or email me looking for
more information as I will be including everything I know in these
updates.
Let's begin:
Our seller owns a company called Virse. It is one of several of the
companies included under the umbrella of companies being sold. If you
have been reading or hearing things about "verse is coming" (same thing
- just a play on words), you and I and our seller are a very big part
of this movement.
It is just part of the awesome technological developments, ie;
intellectual properties, owned by the seller. Don't ask me, look
it up if you want, it's pretty heady stuff.
Next:
Last Friday I informed you I had arranged for one million dollars to be
wired into one of the seller's corporate accounts to meet demands of
the Central bank in South Korea. I am holding in my hand as I dictate
this update, two bank wire receipts. Both dated for last Thursday. One
for $100k, the other for $900k, clearly showing the one million wire
was initiated as I said it was.
However, the banking industry has changed a lot over the last couple of
years, and frankly I think in no small measure due to crypto currencies
becoming wildly popular and as I'm sure you know crypto / digital
currencies are not controlled by any government. They are a currency
that for the first time of 5,000 years as a means of exchange of
standardized value between humans are not authorized or initiated or
backed by any government. Hence, it seems banks are even more
vigorously on the watch for "money laundering".
Banks, particularly loathe having large deposits made and then same day or next day those large deposits sent to someone else.
In fact I have had two of my corporate accounts closed because of
partner loan money in, big chunks, and this loan money going back out
to the seller's account a day or two later.
This may be an unfamiliar concept to you but I assure you if you deal
in large sums of money and do not keep it in your bank for any
reasonable period of time, you too will experience account closures.
People at my level of banking activity know this as all of us in this category have experienced issues like this.
Why so much time explaining this? Here's why...
The bank put a halt on the wire transfer, pending an internal investigation and it has not gotten to our seller's account yet.
Remember, also this money needed to be viewed as 'on hand' before the
head honcho legal team would contact the Executive V.P. for the Central
bank in South Korea, and arrange for the 'big meet' between the E.V.P.
and our seller, in Hawaii.
The good news is I am told the transfer of these funds will be
completed TODAY! And when this happens we can get back on track
with where we left off, which I covered in Friday's update, viewable at

This is obviously is setting us back some yet to be known number of
days. However remember, things are fluid and happening faster than ever
as the legal pressure cooker is set to "high" and the seller is in it.
More big news
I have convinced the seller for the first time ever to do a private
video with his celebrity hostess at his side. This means a highly
credentialized and approved by her legal team, she will be present on
this video which will be done JUST FOR US!
I expect to have this video some time next week, so finally, and I
couldn't be more happy about this development, people will hear from
our seller, just to the Mike G group, not only that this deal is very
real but also where we are in the process.
Frankly it's my hope this video will put an end to the negative buzz
and Mike G bashing taking place. But in all candor, I doubt it as the
lowlifes seem to have their own agenda spreading their assumptions and
falsities.
Thank you for bearing with me, I know this has been a long one. But the
deal is real, it has never been fabricated, and partner loan money has
indeed been sent to the seller's accounts.
Thanks to you and all of my wonderful loan partners, we have and are
keeping the dream alive, and some day we can all say we did our part in
helping make the world a better place for generations to come.
Please do not be offended by this, I need to make this absolutely clear...
For my own personal health, ie; stress mitigation, I will not take
calls or respond to emails from anyone asking for "additional details"
or expressing their 'Monday quarterbacking' critique on my
update. I need to focus 100% on the job at hand.
