I'd like to share a short story with you, I hope you don't mind...
I offer this to you, and of course all my partners, as my way of
helping you understand me as a person, and more importantly my level of
dedication and determination to our deal.
Last Saturday my wife practically dragged me out of my office at
4:00pm, about two hours earlier than I usually stop working for the day
on Saturday, insisting we go shopping. Somehow over the years I have
developed a natural resistance to shopping and I might actually break
out in hives at the mere mention of it. : )
Nevertheless off we went to a well-known department store. Then
straight to the men's clothing section where I choose three very nice
high end polo shirts, 50% off so I got them for $25 each. A whopping
$75 plus tax... And you know what? I actually felt guilty even spending
these few dollars. I felt guilty because there went $75 that I could
use toward our deal if it was needed rather than having to ask a loan
partner for another dime. (And no, I am NOT asking).
Next, and again just so you realize who I am as a man and a person,
since I became involved in this deal I have not taken a vacation.
Nearly four years now. In fact those 3-day legal holiday weekends over
the last four years I have been lucky to squeeze one full day of
R&R out of them.
I have not lived like this in decades.
This project has consumed for countless reasons, I repeat countless reasons, virtually every aspect of my life.
AND I AM NOT GIVING UP.
I'M WITH YOU ALL THE WAY ON THIS DEAL.
All of this being shared with you, I wish to point out two wonderful,
of the many wonderful emails received, just since my last update...

And a third one which touched me so deeply I actually welled up and I
told the sender so. That one I will not share with you as I wish to
keep it for myself.

You may recall in very recent updates I made it abundantly clear so
there would never be any questions about my intentions, I would begin
publishing the 'hater' emails showing the senders name and email
address.
I want to remind you why I am doing this.
Even though I have said I have a new mental outlook on these trash
comments for my own mental health and a way of averting excess stress,
however, I am still human and they do cut. Additionally, people who
make these comments and spread stupid rumors only serve to cause us all
problems, in our collective march towards a successful conclusion of
this deal.
So here goes with the first one:
In my sole opinion, I have no concrete evidence, this lowlife actually
sent this email and two others), this email below he thinks I am stupid
because somehow there was a typo, and yes, we do use spell check, but
sometimes they do slip past me.
Hey Mike,
Try getting a document program that has a spell and grammar
checker on it, you won't look so stupid.
I realize this is complicated and I do not
have all the answers yet. However, the seller is doing
these things to help me, my suffering, not to mention
stress and loss of replutation,
BTW, did you know there is a special place in HELL
reserved for guys like you?

Another email from him attacked me for my use of the word 'anyways.' He
basically claimed any intelligent person would realize the word
'anyways' is slang. Unfortunately for him and apparently he does not
know how to use a dictionary because if he had he would have learned,
"when the word 'anyways' is used, the adverb, it is colloquial meaning
used in every day communication.
Apparently he thinks I'm writing for a Pulitzer, maybe he could get a minimum wage job as a proof reader for a newspaper then work his way up to mail clerk.
His third email insulted all of us, you and I, you because you believe in me so I will spare you reading that one.
Here's another, from an idiot and lowlife in my sole opinion as I have no concrete evidence, which simply put, just amazes me:

This guy is obviously about a year behind the technology.
I have had my tech delete both of these people my inbox at the server
level using their IP addresses so I will never see another email from
them. However... I welcome you, if you are so inclined, to contact
these two individuals and let them know what you think. Really, please
help me fight a little fire with fire.

At 10:30pm my time last night, I had a lengthy discussion with the group leader, for her group, called TWP.
She is a wonderful lady and means no ill towards anyone. She explained
she is just trying to get information for the big payday, after close,
from all HER loan partners. And as she explained it, apparently some
people are not coming forth with the information for who knows what
reasons.
Maybe they are not seeing the email from her. Maybe because they
already submitted it once before. She doesn't know and certainly I
don't know.
So I told her last night, I would ask all of her loan partners to just
be patient, give her what she needs, even if it seems redundant.
Further, all of her partners should know that if she needs help in the
final steps I will have my staff and/or my paymaster come to her
assistance. Meaning every one of her loan partners has my assurance NO
ONE will be left out.
Our deal
Some emails are coming in regarding the credibility of our seller. This
is needless and a waste of my time, please. It matters not who a Man
Was it only matters who a Man Is.
History is full of stories of people who in their pursuit of big goals had legal problems but yet they overcame.
Our seller is not dragging his feet, and is working on several things
for all of us, not to mention in my opinion, he is a tech genius. He
will survive as we all will.
Also it seems Wednesday's update confused a few folks, so let me try to clarify once and for all.
The ONLY purpose for the collateral I explained which will be covered
via a video from the seller soon was just and only for collateral
purpose of your personalized collateral loan. The tokens or NFTs and
the legal process for making whichever one is chosen to deliver your
collateral is complex to say the least, and I will probably end up
devoting an entire update just to this topic when the time comes.
By the way, contrary to one of the hate emails above, tokens can indeed
be loaded with digital currencies or other digital equity. In fact, the
acronym, NFT, stands for "Non Fungible Tokens" obviously a token and
this kind of token typically represents something of value which cannot
be held or touched but obviously can be seen or read.
So this has NOTHING to do with how partners will be paid. It was all
and only about security for the personal collateralized loans made by
partners. Nothing more, nothing else.
Finally, I know I am going to get questions about it so here goes...
We expect the bank to release the $1MM today or Monday. I hold in my
possession a letter from the lawyer representing the loan partner who
wishes to remain anonymous the wire was indeed initiated.
Yesterday after discussions with the parties involved I learned the
bank just needs to verify, so they say, this huge sum before they
release it.
If it had been for a few $100k it would have been no problem.
In retrospect we should have broken it up into three or four wires so we wouldn't be talking about this again.
On the other hand a $1MM wire catches the attention of every banker,
despite the fact this million dollars is being sent to and identified
in the wire instructions, a lawyer's escrow account, for the seller.
I am told and fortunately the Board and the bank, based on the letter /
email from the lawyer, they are standing by for it's release so the
seller may make his final second half payment to secure the exclusive
marketing for a technology the buyers and the bank have asked him to
obtain.
We need to cross this final bridge as part of the process and before progress continues.
About these updates
If something dramatic or urgent happens between the schedule of
Wednesday and Friday updates, I'll send out a special update.
Otherwise just let the people who are doing what they do, the varitable
army of people who are involved, and let me do my job, and I promise
you, I will.

negative comments or criticisms, etc. etc.
