So let's start with 2 wonderful and I think very appropriate quotes

Personal
You know the very reason I send these updates to you, and in fact all
my partners, is to keep you updated on the "here's what I know now" and
"up to date" issues.
However, and it's ironic, each time I send out an update I receive
countless emails in return. Mostly asking for clarification and
sometimes asking for things I do not have the answers to.
Here's the point...
I simply do not have time to reply to these emails. This said, I do
read them! And if it's a clarification issue I always clear it up in
the next subsequent update. And if it's a question about something I do
not have the answer to, I make note of it, and answer it when I can in
the next appropriate update.
So here's my point:
Please do not expect a reply to questions about my updates, please! So
many of them are duplicates, and like I said I will address and /or
clarify issues in subsequent issues. Thank you, thank you for
understanding my dilemma.
Also, I frequently receive phone calls from partners without an email
first. I'm simply asking here, if you wish to speak to me, send an
email first describing the agenda you wish to discuss and giving me the
option of replying via email, or calling you if I feel a phone call
would be faster and more beneficial for both of us.
In all this time, I have never hid from any of my loan partners, ever.
Also, occasionally I will receive a phone call from someone who does
not have their caller ID initiated. I never ever answer calls from
people with no caller ID because most of the time it is a telemarketing
call.
And, if someone calls and they get my voicemail, and hang up, I will not call them back unless they leave a message.
We are all involved in a business - albeit a big business, albeit an
important business, I get it! But I expect professionalism and a
voicemail message certainly gets my attention and a call back if
necessary.
Finally, in this 'personal' section, I never waste your time, or mine,
rambling on about anything where there is not an important reason for
me to talk about.
If however, a partner wishes to skip any of my sections identified with
a subhead, they are of course free to do so. Just like me not wishing
to waste one minute of my time, I do not wish to waste one minute of
your time.
The form
Sort of good news. Although our seller has been delayed due to his show
schedule, in getting us a video detailing the legalities of equity in
the company, how this will be done, for collateral of your personal
loan.
He does expect to be able to start this for us next week... This needs
to be done with the assistance of his lawyer for SEC reasons.
In anticipation of this happening soon, I will be putting up a form
which I will describe in a minute, to collect AND CONFIRM information
about you and my other partners. However, again, I need to make
this VERY clear, as for some reason some people think when I speak
about collateral I am speaking about paying them with the equity
positions our seller working with his lawyer will make available to
loan partners.
PAYING PARTNERS AND SECURING PERSONAL LOANS ARE ABSOLUTELY, TWO DISTINCTLY SEPARATE ISSUES!
This said, I will begin working with my lawyer and my webmaster to put
up a form to confirm your involvement with this deal which will be used
for the equity / collateral and , guess what?
I will design this form to do double duty - meaning I will also use the
information you supply for payment purposes WHEN OUR DEAL CLOSES.
When I put the form up, which I hope to complete before the end of this
month, I will reiterate it's purpose and who it is applicable to.
ViRSE and the show
This is very exciting! And as you read this email and watch the video
from one of the seller's company's support team, if you are like me I
know you will be excited to be part of all this.
Remember, ViRSE is just ONE of the companies in the umbrella of companies being sold.

The
past 2+ weeks have been a major operational initiative for ViRSE.
Beginning March 27th, the company has participated as a MAJOR sponsor
of multiple significant industry events beginning with NFTLA.live in
Los Angeles and continuing immediately to Miami where MiamiNFTweek.com
kicked off Miami Technology Month and led into the massive Bitcoin 2022

Parallel

On

There
has been such love for our project from that we are inundated with
actual engagement and interest that we must follow up on with our
already stretched but soon to grow team, so we expect that the material
update that will both include the more detailed content from this
“Beta” marketing launch (we have moved from Alpha to closed Beta for
now) as well as the stakeholder explanation of how your assets will be
allocated, distributed and resold for your liquidity, will require more
time to prepare and produce. In fact this material update may be
released in 2 separate updates.

It
will take until after Easter for at least the first part of the update
and we will endeavor to release the material portion that stakeholders
seek still this month, but these are rough guidelines taking into
consideration customer follow ups as well as some public relations
tasks that have been thrust upon the team subsequent to our “coming
out”, and should not come as a surprise given our storied legacy.
We
ask for your continued patience and support as we navigate this new
chapter and promise to maintain transparency at the very least, moving

Our deal
I admit things are complicated right now. There is a great deal happening.
So first, the one million dollars has still not been released by the
bank, however we are expecting this any day. That's all I know except
this... The seller has already begun with a 'work-around' to procure
the exclusive marketing rights, which as you know is how the $1MM will
be used, and this work around actually two of them, are in
progress right now. We will get there!
Also, as a back up and this is a JUST IN CASE possibility, what I'm
about to share with you is not, I repeat NOT, being done right now,
period.
It is merely a 'just in case' our Central bank continues to drag their
feet or come up with more requirements - you, I, and the seller have
all had enough! This said, the seller has met with back up buyers.
Let me stress this... I DO NOT KNOW the terms, I do not know what sales
price is being discussed, and I do not know how a secondary deal would
affect all of us... I simple DO NOT KNOW!
Think about it.. There is a very good reason I do not know. This back
up deal simply cannot be spoken of... No if's, and's, or but's.
Even if I knew the who, the how much, the particulars, even if I did,
it would be stupid to jeopardize this back up deal to be talking about
it at this stage.
Finally, I beg you, do not listen to these idiots spreading rumors, if
they were just smart enough to realize this deal is real they would go
away, I think.
I just do not know how to show them it is any more real than I already have.
And isn't that the only thing that really matters if you think about it?
The when, the how much, and all these other issues will be resolved, it
is inevitable, they will be answered and resolved. And just so you
know, these low-life's spreading these stupid rumors are NOT EVEN LOAN
PARTNERS! In fact they hide behind pseudonyms and/or throw away
email addresses.
Please please please just ignore them.
I tell you the truth and everything I can when I can, and always have.
Just look at the video of our seller at the NFT tradeshow. He is not
hiding! In fact, one of his companies, call it our company too, was one
of the primary sponsors of this major show with 35k attendees.
Scammers would never ever put themselves out in such a public way in
front of so many people, scammers just do not do this, they always hide
and then completely disappear.
About these updates
If something dramatic or urgent happens between the schedule of
Wednesday and Friday updates, I'll send out a special update.
Otherwise just let the people who are doing what they do, the varitable
army of people who are involved, and let me do my job, and I promise
you, I will.
