I'm delighted to inform you my request last week for receiving minimal
emails was greeted with understanding and respect by most. Therefore I
will continue with the current Wednesday & Friday schedule of updates.
Also note: This update is Part A of this week's update. Part B will
therefore build upon what I report today. So please keep this one in
mind as you read Part B on Friday - thank you.
Personal
I am not a religious zealot, however I am a spiritual man. With that
said, I hope you will appreciate the following remark: Every morning
this week I have prayed to My Maker to give me the wisdom to make the
right decisions regarding everything that is going on with our deal, and
the courage to press on despite the overwhelming attacks on me
personally. And not just me but others who are part of this enormous
project, and yes, even including threats on family members, children,
and relatives who are not even involved to any degree. I will not
abandon you as I know My Maker will give me the strength.
Personal / Our deal / I need your help
I'm including our deal in this personal section because the two are
knitted closely together. The attacks continue unabated, and as promised
I will continue to take the heat. However it's important you know how I
feel about all that is happening.
There are people saying some really horrific and ugly things about me,
about others involved, and about this deal. In their emails sent, and
their social media postings.
It's hard to fathom their goal, their motive. I can only imagine they
think they are saving the world from Mike G.
But in fact they are causing damage which results in delays with all
this negative noise.
I'm sure many of them will rejoice with the above statement, and I will
not elaborate on it any further than to say, "I need your help."
As you know, from the very beginning I have never cowered from who I am,
meaning I always use my name, where I am, meaning my physical address,
my real email, not some hide behind you can't find me email like
protonmail.com, and my personal phone number.
Yet, not one, not a single one of these attackers are willing to even
provide their name.
THEY ALL HIDE!
So I ask you, why would they hide if they are speaking the truth?
Certainly the whole world knows you cannot be sued for slander or
character defamation if you speak the truth. Just watch the news. News
stories give you the facts as all reputable media agencies under their
own code of ethics require confirmation of everything they report. And
why?... Because they also know you can only be sued for slander and
defamation if what you say is NOT true.
So here's where I need your help:
When you get an email or see a posting from any of these people. And no
need to sink to their level of degradation and insults - just ask them
these two questions:
Question 1: Who are you and what is your real name? And are you willing
to give me your phone number so I can call you and learn of any facts
you have?
and here's the next question...
Question 2: If you are a loan partner in this deal why on God's green
earth would you risk jeopardizing or delaying this deal to the detriment
of your own self financial interest?
Really... Ask them these questions!
Do not be afraid to challenge them. I need your help in this fight. And
if they will not tell you who they are then tell them you do not trust
them or what they say if they can not be completely honest.
And please, begin to understand why these people will not honestly
answer these questions. This should become more clear to you then.
Despite the head honcho blow back I'm getting on all this negative
stuff, people with money somehow just seem to know the difference
between truth and fiction, naysayers and those who seek to tell it like
it is (ah, that's me!).
My hand has been forced. I have been asked to pursue legally for slander
and defamation of character lawsuits against certain individuals. This
is something I do not want to do, it's time consuming, messy, and a huge
drain on mental energies for everyone.
We have already identified the real person involved regarding two of
these people, and through a variety of resources which I will not
comment on, we will eventually find everyone who is party to these
vicious assaults. These people need to realize receiving an advance cease
and desist is not a pre requisite to receiving a lawsuit and a court
order / invitation to attend depositions under oath in Florida, and for
those who 'just don't get it' allow me to explain...
Under oath means if the truth is not spoken they can be held in contempt
of court with additional court imposed sanctions. Further it is through
depositions the lawyers will learn more information regarding other
conspirators.
I had really hoped to avoid all this.
But like I said, I am willing to carry this load for all my partners
benefit and PROTECT THIS DEAL AT ALL COSTS.
Our deal
As you know from recent updates our seller got behind on his promised
white paper and videos and collateral etc. However he is back on track
and I'll expand more on this Friday, Part B of this update.
Did you ever play the game as a kid, where you sat around in a circle,
perhaps a campfire like I did in the Boy Scouts, and you whispered a
secret in the ear of the person on your right and they passed it on just
as you told it to them but by the time it got back to you it was totally different?
I'm not going to play the 'he said, she said' game in these updates, but
I'm man enough to stand up to any errors I may have made. I have always
done this with you.
Here's what I'm talking about...
Monday morning Pacific time, the seller, Garry my partner, and I, had a
lengthy 3-way phone conference.
We discussed many things all relative to
this deal as I too - remember I'm a partner also - wanted to drill down as
much as I could. Our seller was clear with Garry and I that his primary
goal above everything else, is to preserve and protect the value of his
companies. As a CEO that is his ONLY REAL MISSION.
As it must be.
Because of this, and rightfully so, when he speaks with someone he is in
fact going to be very careful with what he says.
He told us he will emphatically will not offer up any information prior
to a suitable time, and will not be manipulated or tricked into doing so
as others have tried.
During this conversation, and here's my 'man up' part, it was made clear
to me for the first time ever, that the "Ol' Man" is not with the Central
bank in South Korea, he is with a leading bank in South Korea, probably
the largest, and it is through his efforts over all of this time he was
able to bring the Central bank in South Korea and other Central banks in
Asia, and yes even one in Dubai, into this deal.
So my prior statements, where I said the "Ol' Man" is with the
Central bank in South Korea, are not correct. It seems some people would
like to use that fact as proof that I'm lying and I'm some kind of a
lowlife, when in a practical world it makes no difference if the Central
bank has committed to any bank their commitment to provide funding for
any banks loan endeavors.
And this is not a correction but rather a definitive reiteration of what
I have always said, hence my campfire metaphor.
This goes back to all of those 2:00am & 3:00am phone calls between myself and
my partner Garry. Garry is in fact the one between the two of us who has
legal standing with the seller's company. As I've mentioned previously, Garry sits on
the Board of Advisors for the seller's companies, and it is because of
this the seller cannot easily or completely answer questions about my / "Mike
G's" involvement.
All of this is why Garry and I set up a totally separate corporation for
our involvement in this mega deal. My role only is and always has been
to help facilitate loan funding to the seller's company, you know the
ones being sold as an umbrella deal, and to provide updated
communication to all of my loan partners.
Garry's job involves a lot more day to day detail stuff including
sharing with me what the Board says during it's weekly meetings.
Remember it's the Board for this deal, comprised of Board members from
the buyers companies.
Example, a buyer's company may have a dozen people on it's Board.
however only a few of those people I am told have been appointed to sit
on this deal's Board.
Here is why I am so carefully explaining all of this:
Again, during countless 2:00am & 3:00am meetings Garry informed me on
several occasions the Board just authorized a bonus payment of xyz for
the additional loan contribution of xyz.
These bonus payments were always astronomical so here's my point. On my
own and your behalf I immediately committed to acquiring each one of
these bonus payment offerings. Making us, you and me and all of our
other partners including Garry, the number one stakeholder in the
seller's companies.
Further, these tremendous bonus offerings were calculated and quite
easily into and I admit unbelievable payback sums for loan pledges from
you and my other partners. None of this was ever contrived. It was all
very real and very timely and we took them all.
Next, just yesterday our seller had a very successful meeting with
people from the bank in South Korea. I'm told it primarily had to do
with things the new buyer #5, I call him the 'super wealthy' are
bringing to the table.
Lastly, for now, there are lots of things in process. I've gone on
enough today, I'll cover these things in Part B.
Remember, I will not answer any questions relative to this update or any
update. Emails with a question that are professional and courteous are
read by me and almost always the answer is included in the next or near
next update.
A question I did respond to yesterday from a wonderful partner by the
way, was curious to know how Elan Musk was able to close the purchase
of Twitter in two weeks. I did reply to him and pointed out
1) Twitter is a public company
2) It takes more than two weeks of due diligence and accountants
pouring over the math just to file with the SEC your intentions
to take over or purchase a public company
3) Musk did agree to purchase Twitter for $54 per share, and the Board
has unanimously accepted this offer. However, as reported in the news
article regarding same, the closing is expected some time in 2022.
So yes, it's true, buying/selling a public company is indeed a lot
faster, but it certainly is not virtually instant as this gentleman
thought.
Any disrespectful or discourteous email is not replied to at all, so
please don't waste your time sending mean spirited messages.
About these updates
If something dramatic or urgent happens between the schedule of
Wednesday and Friday updates, I'll send out a special update.
Otherwise just let the people who are doing what they do, the varitable
army of people who are involved, and let me do my job, and I promise
you, I will.

negative comments or criticisms, etc. etc.
