Clarification Announcement
I hope you understand my role in this big deal is now only, and has been for the past several months only, to keep you updated as to where we are on all kinds of issues.

As a result, it is not uncommon for me to touch on a topic without having all the details. That said, I always fill in any blanks through subsequent updates. Believe me I keep track of all things pertinent and timely! This is why I request to not receive emails asking questions about any updates as I do- as I am sure you realize- always, inevitably, "catch up".

I decided to print 3 emails I received today. Because they represent the feelings of the overwhelming majority of loan partners.

I would like to begin first with an email from Dr. Trina S.
This particular email caused me to... Ok, I'm a softy.. well up a little..

Good afternoon Mike,

This is my first time contacting you.  I am so excited about being a part of this life-changing deal.  I truly know that for me to have gotten involved was God's divine intervention.  It was God getting me and the right people in place to be able to receive this magnificent blessing.   God be praised for that!

I read every one of your updates.  It is my view into what's happening so I tune in and stay tuned because I want to hear this good news as it unfolds and manifests.  

In your messages, your frustration is apparent and it is so sad that people resort to such levels.  But, I have been there too so I know that frustration well.  If I may, I would like to offer you some encouragement and share some insight that I truly hope will change your perspective as it changed mine.  Here we go!

When Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness, He was tempted by the devil (Matthew 4:1-11).  With each temptation, the devil would say, "If you are the Son of God......" If was the constant word used suggesting doubt.

  • If you are the Son of God, command these stones be turned into bread
  • If you are the Son of God, cast yourself down

When I was younger and still maturing in the things of God, I could not understand why Jesus never just went off on the devil.  I was irritated at Jesus for not addressing this because you can't just let someone say things like that and not correct them, right?  WRONG!!

Jesus knew Who He was.  He did NOT need to convince anyone, especially the devil.  His actions and the work He did spoke for Him and validated, justified, and proved beyond a shadow of doubt Who He was and is.  So, spending time addressing the devil is not relevant when you know who you are.

One of my good friends shared this saying with me and it is my constant reminder, "What you think about me is none of my business."  You, meaning others.

When you understand who you are, it doesn't matter what the naysayers or the devils say. Sure you can go to court and sue and prove your point. But, will that stop them?  Maybe, maybe not.

Here's another alternative.  Go to God, tell Him every name, address, and all the info you have on every individual that is attempting to ruin your good name .  Write it down and show Him or take copies of the emails.  Let Him know how frustrating it is.  Since you are doing this as a vessel for God, surely He can fight this battle (on your behalf) much better and with no stress.  Well, let’s see what the Bible says to support this.  

2 Kings 19:14 

King Hezekiah received a letter, which caused concern.  It was read and then the King spread it out before God and prayed. God answered starting in v20 and by v35 He had dealt with this enemy on behalf of King Hezekiah in the most divine way.  King Hezekiah basically said, God look at what this letter and these people are saying about You (God).  They are attacking me as Your servant.  Look at what Hezekiah prayed and then look at how God responded.  You have some powerful spiritual weapons that will get some marvelous results when it is taken upward.  God knows the heart of man and can therefore get results that we cannot begin to understand.

You are in a great place, Mike!  Don't focus on the naysayers.  Don't let anyone take your peace.  Allow God to continue to use you, but also allow Him to help You.  He has strength, power, and peace that is beyond comprehension.  And, may I just say that it is an awesome and incredible experience.  

Continue being the awesome vessel that you are.  Allow God to continue using you to make a difference in the lives of people and God's people, that whom without you would not be able to experience such a wonderful blessing.  

The windows of Heaven are open and God is pouring us out a blessing that we don't have room enough to receive.  

I truly hope this helped, even if it was just in a small way.  Praying God's strength, peace, and wisdom continues for you!

Special Announcement- Fast Cash

This is likely the last time I will ever talk about- in these updates, the Fast Cash opportunity...
However, I am doing so for 2 reasons:

First, it appears the company is working through a couple of important issues which troubled me and I expect to have a COMPLETE update and how to become involved on Thursday sent only to loan partners who have registered to be on a separate list for this purpose.

Secondly, and although I have commented on this before I will do so one last time:
The Fast Cash program I am considering is ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY SEPARATE AND NOT CONNECTED IN ANY WAY TO OUR MAIN DEAL.

Finally, I brought it forward only out of a sense of gratitude for my loan partners, for everything they have done for our deal and as a way for them to make some very nice extra money, assuming of course I give it my final approval. Wouldn't you do the same? Of course you would. It's all about helping in any way I can!


Our Deal

The next few sentences are NOT meant to startle or alarm you so whatever you do.. Do NOT speed read them...

Technically, if I wanted to.. I could declare our deal "Dead as a doorknob".
This is the exact expression I use every single time I ever presented loan partners with the option of making a pledge and a loan. In fact, it is the expression that would be used to trigger the guarantee also always visible simultaneously with the use of this expression.

The reason I could do this if I wanted to is technical, yes, but still do-able because the original deal has changed. It now includes a different additional company. However, point of fact- this addition only strengthens the value of our seller’s total package. Also, the group of buyers has changed all together making the original deal a “Different Deal technically”.

So why would I even bring this up? Simple: It would be a way for me to bail and get out from underneath these agonizing and brutal attacks and not so much on me, I don't care what these people say about me.. But now they are even attacking our volunteer group leaders. They don't seem to realize just how much hurt they are causing individual who don't deserve it.

Anyways relax! I am not about to make such declarations! NO WAY NO HOW. To do so would be an absolute disservice to you and all of my loan partners and here's why..
Our main/primary closing with the Bank in South Korea is NOT DEAD.. More on that in a moment.

But even if it were, consider this: The seller has a backup buyer #2 and I am told just now a backup buyer #3! If we have to close with a different group of buyers I do not know what the deal will look like. But I am not going to declare our deal dead and count you out of ANYTHING, no matter what it is.. no matter when we get there.. I just simply will not do that to you.

So whether we close on our original deal A, or new buyer deal B, or new buyer deal C, you will have saleable collateral to get out any time you want.

We will get to the finish line one way or another. I will NOT cut you out- PERIOD.

I am also delighted to share with you this:

Since I began talking about the seller putting together collateral, you know just security- not payment-for personal loans, I have received MANY emails from loan partners informing me they want to be on the list, if I create such a list, to purchase the collateral pak from anyone who wants out. These wonderful partners truly understand this deal and I hope this helps you understand this deal a little better. However, as it stands, I am told Buyer #5 will purchase “ALL” collateral paks for anyone wanting out.

Last night I was informed our seller has begun the process of "minting" for everyone's collateral pack this process, now begun, can not be stopped. It is paid for and in progress.

Remember these collateral paks will in all likelihood be gobbled up by our new buyer #5. I am told as a way for him to profit additionally beyond his 1/5th ownership with all of the seller’s companies.

The seller also advises he expects to have his video completed next week which will explain all of this and more importantly clarify it for everyone, including me!

Finally, the seller has been in L.A. most of this week, so far, so he may attend the managers meeting today and the board meeting tomorrow.

The purpose of these meetings is just to keep the managers and the board of directors- all of whom represent the buyers, up to date on all of these initiatives.

If something dramatic or urgent happens between the schedule of Wednesday and Friday updates, I'll send out a special update.  Otherwise just let the people who are doing what they do, the veritable army of people who are involved, and let me do my job, and I promise you, I will.
