Also, this afternoon, I have a lengthy Drs appointment which will most likely consume most of my afternoon so I am under time pressure to do this update for you.

FYI I am fine, but 5 years ago during my 5th back surgery a mushroom sized tumor was discovered on one of my kidneys and successfully removed. Since then, twice a year, I go through several tests on one appointment and then a couple of weeks later review those results with my Oncologist. Not to worry, 5 years and all is well.

I was not able to email you Wednesday's update or today's or updates regarding FastCash & AutoTrade because... On Wednesday we received a notice from GetResponse... They were reviewing our account.

Turns out my haters fan club got together and sent letters of complaint to GetResponse. Some even saying FastCash was owned by me, a pyramid scheme, blah blah blah... As a result the main issue became we have been using GR to promote our MLM business which apparently is against their "Terms of Service".

Then yesterday, we terminated our relationship with GetResponse, and I immediately put my techs on this project: We are going back to the way we used to send email. We have our own very expensive email software... And it cost about 12K just for the software... But somehow got away from using it! I don't remember why we made that decision... But we started using GetResponse about 4 years ago.

Anyway, my men tell me we will be back in the email business on Monday and by that statement I mean if I wanted to, as I used to, I could sell list management and email services to other companies. I don't think I will, I just want you to know that we do things big and we do things right. This new platform will give us total autonomy to the extent that anyone who complains about an email they get from us, will actually be complaining to us... Third party service providers can be a real P.I.A.

Just another FYI, these people who hide behind fake names and fake email addresses are not doing you or me any favors. And why they want to stand in front of this deal closing I have no idea... More on this later.

First, allow me to begin with this explanation as to why I invited partners to join a separate list for information and all details about the Fast Cash program.

I was told- which turned out not to be true, the company was accepting their 2nd wave of applications and once they reached the number of applications they could handle, they would close their offer for some unknown period of time. Again I was told it could be 2-3 months.

So contrary to how I usually do things… I felt time pressure to build a separate list of partners, give them as much information as I knew, and be ready to "Pull the Trigger" and apply as soon as I had completed my research giving the program a Go!

I think it is important to remind you and all concerned- I never EVER said I was GOING to do this! In fact the very first update I ever sent about Fast Cash I reinforced this by basically saying I was not endorsing or recommending the program YET.

So here's where we are: I have decided NOT to become involved in this program.

I just cannot get passed this sentence which appears on the application
"I understand and accept responsibility for all fees, legal responsibilities, and re-payment of financial instruments acquired on our behalf."

Immediately following this statement, the application calls for a personal signature. I am convinced a lot of people would not realize, even though the corporation which would be set up for them, or now it seems THEY have to set up (another issue) they remain personally liable for the re-payment for the 100K line of credit of which hopefully they (the member) would receive 30K in cash, then 70K to the company. 30K of it for their fees. And 40K for the investment pool which is theoretically designed to generate enough cash to pay off the entire line of credit over 5 years.

So obviously applicants are not risking $499, the cost of the application (which is not returned if applicant is not approved) they are risking $100,500. Just this fact alone without all of the rest scares the you-know-what out of me.

There are other issues. It seems they have not registered with the appropriate authorities. Which is a requirement for any company managing and investing a client’s money for them, like a brokerage firm. Next, they could not give me one single person who has received the 100K LOC.

However, through this process of investigation, a new entity has emerged. Garry and I have spoken to the person behind it. This man wanted us to know he is in the process of building an almost identical system, only better, and with all the appropriate filings, and without the historical baggage of this program. He couldn't tell us when he will be ready, obviously it's a huge undertaking... So should this 2nd Fast Cash program develop I will quickly let you know as we will be, according to him, their first group of applicants.

I'm sorry to have excited you about it. Because of timing, I had no choice.

Because I have not been able to get an email out as I have planned to do with AutoTrade yesterday, I will briefly touch base with you about this amazing new program!

Our lawyer has been going back-and-forth with copy writing and with our Webmaster for the last few weeks. Even though AutoTrade will never take a dime to invest for clients. We do provide truly remarkable artificial intelligent software to do all of the trading.

Hence our lawyer wants to make absolutely certain we do not face legal challenges down the road and get shut down, needing to close the program out from under a lot of people making a lot of money.

Great News! As you know our Seller has been in manager and board meetings to brief everyone on all of the things he and Buyer #5 are doing including- and let me stress this now, setting up a mechanism for people who want out of the deal, will be able to get out of the deal. I am NOT sitting on partners loans! I can easily prove to the dime how much has been sent to the Sellers Companies.

I want to remind Partners who, a few have, asked for a refund... Never in the loan process was a refund offered, however a guarantee was but now due to my urging in working with the Seller, Buyer #5 will set up a fund for this purpose. It's coming soon, I don't know when, programming people and legal people need to be a part of this process.

Anyway, back to The Board of Directors. The by-laws written exclusively for how this deal works, require anything material to be disclosed to The Board of Directors.

Obviously the collateral/refund program is one big thing and is a material item. Which needed to be disclosed to the Board. No problem.

So, yesterday the seller got the official word- which was of course expected, and things were not held up waiting for it... It was approved by The Board as expected. It gets better! The seller was also instructed to go to HI. Today. Where he will be meeting with officials from the Bank in S. Korea.

Obviously he would not have been instructed to leave for Hawaii if the bank in South Korea had broken things off... I make this statement to calm some nerves as it seems my last update, some people took it to mean the main deal was kaput. Obviously not so AT ALL.
