Special announcement
We are continuing to carefully and gradually break in our new email sending platform.
We have several lists which were hosted by Getresponse and when GR sent
us all the data they did not separate out any unsubscribe or email
accounts which no longer exist. Which means, for you, if you are any of
our other lists be patient for updates and announcements. That said, we
should be back up to 100% some time next week.
However, if we are not able to 100% identify unsubscribes and you were
on a list and then unsubscribed and begin receiving emails from us for
that program, product, etc, please understand we just need your help to
unsubscribe one more time if we inadvertently missed your previous
unsubscribe request. All of our programs have and will always have an
automated unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom.
So please bear with us just a bit longer. However for our big deal list,
this is now 100% operational.
Also, the new system provides for the update announcement to come from
me so I ask PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT! PLEASE!
Also, at the bottom of all our emails for all of our lists, as the law
requires we provide a way to unsubscribe. We have always done this. So,
should you wish to unsubscribe from any list sending an email asking to
unsubscribe will not work (get you removed).
As we will not manually unsubscribe anyone when this can be done in
less than a second by clicking on the link at the bottom of any email list of ours you are on. (As
this update is posted online you cannot unsubscribe from this page).

struggling with, yet I think it's applicable for a lot of us.

I do not know who it's from, obviously some coward who has set up a
'bash us' website through a registrar who acts as the owner so the real
website owner can remain anonymous. Not only that, he actually uses my

Following his brief attempt at extortion email below, is my reply to
him. My below email reply is a follow up to one of many, shall we say,
'uncomplimentary' emails from him to me.

I obviously could not address him by name as he chooses to hide in the dark, but below is my response and reply to his email, and more particularly the bashing of me and us and our deal website he set up....
What gives you the right to play prosecutor, judge and jury . All while hiding behind
your pseudonyms and alias's .
Professional journalist, at least has the courage to tell the
world who they are .
Professional journalists for legal and ethical reasons always attempt
to corroborate their story . Intelligent people realize this .
Yet you have made no attempt to do so with me knowing where I am and
how to easily reach me . To me and thousands of others its baffling
.
Its clear to me you have not read the securities acts and are not
familiar with the exceptions granted . So I wonder why you want to ruin
my reputation, my name and my family name . All based upon your
assumptions .
And now you even stoop to the level of this vain illegal attempt at
extortion. This in addition to ID theft of my name . Don't you
even realize ID theft is illegal.
You should be ashamed of your self .
I pray for you , when the day comes as it will and you are standing at
those pearly gates and asked if you led a decent and honorable life ,
your answer will grant you a pass.
Why not take me up on my published offer for a confidential phone
meeting? You have my word I will not use your identity or phone #
or anything discussed against you . I will not insult you . I
will not threaten you . Would you not want to know the other side
of this?

And I could use your help...
For some reason people like this somehow believe they are saving the
world from Mike G, when in fact it is their actions which are causing a
variety of problems with us getting to that finish line. I may go in to
detail on the why and how later, but not in this update.
Just know this... These people are not your friend! For those who are swayed by
their posts and their emails so be it, however I do ask you to ask these
people when you see a post or receive an email, these simple questions:
1. What is your real name and why are you hiding behind an alias?
2. What facts do you have to support your claims?
3. Why you don't take Mike G up on his offer of a 100% confidential
phone discussion where he pledges not to use any information about you
against you ever?
Our Deal
Now on to the good stuff...
I am told the seller has begun the video explaining the
collateral project. It had to be approved by legal, the Board, and the banks.
You may recall the collateral project has two
purposes...
First, to provide collateral equal to every loan partner's total
pledge / loan.
Second, to establish a mechanism for those who wish to 'opt out' and sell
their collateral for a sum equal to their total loans.
For the 5th
time I will say, as I understand some people still don't Get It... Collateral for a
loan has absolutely NOTHING to do with how partners will be paid after
the closing!
Maybe if I put it in an example format those who are fuzzy about this
will understand, I truly hope this gets the point across, no offense to those who already get it...
Example of collateral:
If I loan you $10k and you give me a diamond ring with
a certified appraised value of $10k to hold until you repay the loan /
in cash, the ring is the collateral. And when you pay me back, obviously
you do so with real money, and I give you your ring back.
Thus, for your loan you previously made, you will receive collateral.
After the deal closes you receive your payout, in CASH, and return the
collateral.
So each partner will receive collateral. Those that want their loan
back now will be able to return the collateral for a refund of the
amount they originally loaned.Those that wait until AFTER the deal
closes will return the collateral for the complete/ total payout.
I expect our seller's video to clarify this procedure again
for all of us so if you have any questions / etc please just wait for the
video.
I just need some way to hopefully clear up this question / confusion
once and for all. ..
CLOSING PROCEEDS WILL BE PAID IN CASH.
On this note: After Memorial weekend I will begin working on a form I
will put up online and ask ONLY LOAN PARTNERS WHO WANT A REFUND to
complete this form. I want to get the loan partners who want a refund, and those who are causing
problems for you and for me, out of this deal as soon as possible.
I will put this form online shortly after the seller's video explaining
how the collateral / refund system works.
Again, the two are connected, yet they are separate items.
So once I completely understand the buyback / refund aspect of this
collateral project, I will then be able to to complete the form.
I know it's complicated, but I expect our seller's video to clarify it
for all of us. If you have any questions / etc please just wait for the
video!!
We anticipate all of these pieces being in place, yes even for the
opt-out, around mid June, as per the seller.
I'm not done...
I learned yesterday there is now a sure back up offer from two men, whom
you would instantly recognize their names if I gave them to you, on
standby.
To swoop in and gobble up all of the seller's companies IF
(READ THAT AGAIN) IF FOR ANY REASON OUR PRIMARY DEAL WITH THE ASIAN
BANKS SPEARHEADED BY THE BANK IN SOUTH KOREA FALLS APART. Again, "IF"
!
I am told these two men do not need to borrow the money, they will pay
cash and do so quickly albeit at a lower sale price, relax - It still
promises to be very profitable for all of us!
We don't think in the least we need this back up offer, really, based on
everything I have been told and everything happening behind the scenes
right now. However, I wanted to tell you about this because it's great
to know there definitely looms a positive conclusion to all of this.
About these updates
If something dramatic or urgent happens between the schedule of
Wednesday and Friday updates, I'll send out a special update.
Otherwise just let the people who are doing what they do, the varitable
army of people who are involved, and let me do my job, and I promise
you, I will.
