Special Announcement
It
seems our old mailing platform Getresponse did not accurately send all
of our data to us. I realize some people are not receiving the
notification the update is ready because of this. Or, it may be
delivered into your spam/junk folder so you may need to check there,
for subject line starting "Latest Info".
I expect next Wednesday I will have a re-optin form, which I will post
here also for anyone not receiving email notices. I have answered a
couple hundred people and advised them to simply see these updates
every Wednesday and Friday at 3:00pm Eastern or after at
https://www.MikeGdeal.com, nevertheless the opportunity to change an
email address or add an email address will be ready in a few days and
I'll let you know.

My apologies / misunderstanding
On
Wednesday I showed you an example of a response I sent to a
'naysayer.' This email response was to demonstrate to you the
lengths to which I will go to personally meet with any of these people,
almost always people who have not been with us long enough to fully
understand how all the pieces work together especially going back to
day one. The handful of people who are hurting us all.
By the way, not one of these naysayers has taken me up on this invite, just ask yourself, 'why not?'.
Unfortunately, a number of my loan partners mistook that sample email as "their invitation" to visit with me.
I've had about 30 such requests.
As much as I would very much enjoy meeting every single loan partner,
which I do truly expect to do in Vegas and hopefully sooner rather than
later, I simply cannot take the time for all of these meetings.
I work on our big deal every single day without drawing a dime in salary for it. I also work on my other businesses.
If I were to meet individually with each of these wonderful loan
partners... coordinate their stay and logistics, spend a day or any
time, really, explaining the inner workings, going out for dinner,
etc., I would be a month behind in keeping everyone updated, and progression on my own businesses would suffer.
Sure it would be simple to say yes to one or two, but then how do I say
no to the other 28 or so? It just wouldn't be right. So I apologize for
this misunderstanding.
And I am looking forward to meeting you, and each of these individuals, and all my supportive partners together in Vegas!

You simply would not believe it, it doesn't matter what time I begin my
day or what time I end my day, I just simply cannot keep up with
everything going on. I cannot drop what I am working on, or
interrupt an important call to take another.
Emailing me first gives
me the opportunity to call you when I am not involved in the middle of
another project, and lessens the constant interruptions that distract
my focus. I need your help and understanding, and I thank you. BTW, 3 calls just while preparing this update.
Our deal
I touched on this somewhat in our last update, however, I wanted to provide a little more detail for you today.
There is a reason I have never given you all of the companies the
seller owns which are involved in our deal. The number one primary
reason is this: It is part of my non-disclosure agreement to not
divulge these details. This is a detail going way back to the
very beginning, and something required by the buyers.
Remember, all of these buyers own publicly traded companies, and
various regulations under which public companies operate, they simply
cannot make known certain intentions without a procedure of advanced
filings.
Next, as you can imagine the legal work and programming work required
to set up, then execute, the collateral program which ties directly
into the buyout/refund program, which of course will include the video
explaining it all, takes an enormous amount of time and resources from
very busy lawyers.
Remember, for the 6th time now... : )
The collateral all loan partners will receive has absolutely nothing to
do with how partners will be paid after closing. Which of course
will be in real dollars. Anyway, I am hopeful to have from our
seller these details soon. However, he too is being pulled in 100
different directions especially like this:
Yesterday morning the head honchos placed an emergency call to him
informing him his presence was required for a meeting with the bankers
in Hawaii. He boarded the next available flight and arrived there
sometime late yesterday.
