I need your help
Several projects are finally coming together and it seems all of them rather quickly.
I simply cannot keep up with the phone calls and volume of email I
receive daily and stay on top of the completion of these projects.
So please be kind enough if you wish to speak with me and you have my
phone number, please send an email first "detailing" what it is
you wish to talk about, along with your phone number, and please give
me the option of emailing you back a response if appropriate or calling
you when I can.
If you do call without an email first, 90%+ of the time I just will not
be able to pick up the phone so if you get my voicemail again please
tell me what it's about as I just don't have time to return calls to
just a phone number on my caller ID to find out why the call.
I hope you understand I have to get my work done, and your help will
help me be more efficient in communicating with you. Thank you very

Wednesday I announced I would have the entire recording transcribed for my hearing impaired loan partners.

As you read it please keep in mind the transcription is not a 'perfect' rendition but should be understandable.
Volatile crypto marketplace
As you may know, digital coins, stock market commodities, you name it,
everything is being clobbered in the marketplace right now. Several
partners have asked if the decline in crypto currencies has any
negative effect on us.
The answer is actually counter intuitive. The declining markets are not
impacting our deal negatively. In fact, for several reasons I may
cover at a later date if necessary, this decline has had a very
positive impact.
Our deal
You
may recall Wednesday's update I mentioned our seller to be attending
the Board member's meeting that night. And I emphasized 'original
board.' So you may realize these are the same people that have
been involved with us from the beginning and not some new group.
Anyways it was resolved, and this is great news: The seller will be
meeting with the buyers and a few other players, lawyers, etc., in an
undisclosed location next week.
When our seller informed my partner Garry of this just yesterday
morning, he said and I quote, "Tell Mike, the purpose of meeting
everyone in xxxxx city is to begin the closing process."
Now don't get overly excited about this. As you know from the recording SO MUCH has changed in this deal.
And that's always been subject to change, sometimes hourly if not
daily, and almost at least something new every week. Part of my job is
to stay on top of all this so I may report to you the salient items
necessary.
So understand this: We have more companies being involved in the sale
now than originally. We have technologies that have evolved over time.
We have a new buyer replacing one of the previous buyers who was forced
to drop out for personal and very serious reasons.
So the words 'begin the closing process' mean this... It will still
take time! Although it is not like starting from scratch however
it does involved as I'm sure you can imagine by now, putting a lot of
the pieces back together.
Think of it this way... It is more like adding all the "new" pieces of
the puzzle back into the deal rather than starting all over.
As you know in the past when I have used words like 'anticipated',
'expected', or 'projected' for a closing date and that closing date did
not happen, I got the you-know-what kicked out of me by some people who
somehow took those words to mean 'guaranteed closing'. So I have
learned my lesson, I will no longer give a 'projected' closing date.
I will wait until that day when the seller says 'Hey, we are closing next week on xx day."
This said, and I really need to stress this, beginning the closing
process is a very positive thing to announce however the finish line
will not be overnight.
All in all, this is wonderful terrific great news and I'm very excited!
For the first time in months I slept like a baby last night. It was
like two tons of stress were lifted from my back. Until next Wednesday.
