For the very first time ever I will not be publishing an update
this Friday, July 1. Not only is my office gradually shutting down for
the holiday, I'm told people on the seller's side are also exiting
early for the long 4th of July holiday weekend.

Our deal
Let us jump right to our deal quickly today, so a few important things
First, because of the short week this week, our seller has been asked
to stay in L.A. as the regularly scheduled on Thursday night Board
meeting has been moved to tonight / Wednesday.
Next, sorry, still waiting for that collateralization project. As you know it involves many facets including the refund program.
So much is going on and happening so fast our seller can't seem to keep
up, more on that in a moment. However, he did tell my partner, Garry,
he expected to have it done before this week is out, so hopefully I'll
be able to announce it in next week's updates.
Big news, really big news...
Turns out the Board, on behalf of one or more buyers made an offer to our seller for just one of his companies products.
The size of this order involves more money than most tech companies even sell for, it's absolutely astounding and amazing.
Our seller has informed Garry he will be looking to raise some capital
to help fulfill the order and will do so most likely through an offer
of some participation in his newest company, ViRSE, via the sales of virtual products on the blockchain - NOT thru the sale of shares in the company.
I do not have those details, however I am very excited about the
opportunity to also own and be a part of Web 3.0 as represented through
ViRSE.
Not a day goes by I do not receive an email, at least one often several
emails, from loan partners asking how they can be part of ViRSE. The
answer is being developed now.
Rest assured, when the 'i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed on the offer, I will be the first to participate.
The seller has specifically told Garry the profit potential for this
"New ViRSE participation" should "easily double the payback numbers
offered by Mike G." Seriously, this is his direct quote, no hype.
A few people have asked why is the seller working so hard to build up
ViRSE, so here's the answer and the necessary clarification.
As I reported a long time ago, our seller has said he will be staying
on after the sale, this is very typical in large corporate takeovers,
and his goal is to build ViRSE to the point where it owns the brand
when it comes to the new Web 3.0, ie; Metaverse.
Example... When you think of a social media site, what is the first one that comes to mind? Probably Facebook, right?
When you think of a search engine, what comes to mind? Probably Google, right?
Our seller is determined to build ViRSE large enough so when people
think of the new verse technology the first thing that comes to their
mind is ViRSE.
So by building ViRSE and focusing a tremendous amount of energy on all
of his companies and particularly ViRSE right now, it seems our seller
is doing the absolute perfect thing by adding to the value of our deal.
These ViRSE activities are great for all of us.
And this huge, astronomical product order provides all the necessary funding to make ViRSE the "Google" of our new Web 3.0.
Very exciting times ahead, and as I have said before, things are happening daily as we continue to move forward.
